Before Anything Goes Out

Every deliverable passes the pre-delivery scan first: right company name with the comma, no em or en dashes, exclamation points only as rare warm emphasis, phones as (xxx) xxx-xxxx, no banned phrases, no unresolved placeholders, facts traced to the Facts folder. Say "scan this before I send it."
